Your team

At Noxtua, we’re building Europe’s Legal AI, and our marketing team’s mission is to make Noxtua the name legal professionals across Europe know and trust. You’ll join a growing marketing team of eight people and help make our website the place where that trust starts. You’ll collaborate across Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Product, and GTM, working most closely with our Frontend Web Developer, Brand Marketing Lead, Product Marketing Manager, and PR specialists.

You’ll report to Rafael Arcoverde, Brand Marketing Lead at Noxtua, who has spent the last 19 years in marketing, working on projects for clients including Warner Bros., Hornbach, McDonald’s, Sheraton, Red Bull, Unilever, and Bunge. His background is in Social Communication (Advertising), and he holds an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing. He has worked in hyper-growth tech startups and with global teams.

Our websites are where lawyers, general counsel, and partners first meet Noxtua, and where many of them decide to talk to us. As Web Content Manager, you’ll own the content and strategy of the Noxtua website and our sub-brand websites. You’ll decide what we say, how we say it, and how every page helps visitors understand, trust, and choose Noxtua.

About you

  • Degree in marketing, business, information management, or a related field. years managing website content, ideally in B2B SaaS, and 3 years of work experience. 

  • CMS skills: Hands-on experience building and maintaining pages in a modern CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS), including landing pages and forms.

  • SEO: You know on-page and technical SEO basics and work with tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs.

  • Writing: You write and edit clear, compelling B2B copy, and can turn complex product topics into simple language.

  • Eye for quality, as you care about structure, consistency, and user experience, and spot broken links, outdated pages, and off-brand content.

  • Data-informed, and you use Google Analytics 4 to see what content works and improve it.

  • Excellent English and German, both written and spoken. You'll work with documentation, customers, and employees in both languages.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the content strategy, structure, and roadmap for the Noxtua website and sub-brand websites

  • Write, edit, and maintain web copy that explains complex Legal AI clearly and credibly to a demanding legal audience

  • Keep every page aligned with our brand voice and our core pillars of privacy, security, and compliance

  • Plan and deliver content for product launches, campaigns, and landing pages together with marketing and product teams

  • Brief and collaborate with the Web Developer - Frontend on new pages, features, and improvements

  • Coordinate multilingual content and localisation across our markets

  • Track performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and turn insights into continuous improvements

  • Manage the CMS and keep content accurate, up to date, and well-governed
