Your team

As our second Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll shape how Noxtua — our Legal AI solution — is positioned, understood, and embraced by the market, our customers, and partners. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, you’ll ensure our messaging is clear, our materials impactful, and our product visible in the right places.   

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and our partners, collaborating closely with teams across the company to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Together with your product marketing peer, you’ll play a key role in connecting these areas, ensuring that product messaging is clear, go-to-market strategies are executed effectively, and sales teams are fully supported with the right tools and content. 

You will be part of the Marketing Team led by Ruth, Chief Product Officer at Noxtua, who is responsible for the Product, Design, and Marketing for Noxtua, our Legal AI solution. With extensive experience in Product Management, user-centric Design, and Marketing, Ruth is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful digital products. She fosters a collaborative and agile work environment, ensuring that all teams work seamlessly together.

About you

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Education, Sales Enablement, Content Management, or a related field — including at least 1 year specifically as a Product Marketing Manager.
  • A background in B2B tech, particularly in industries where compliance and trust are critical (e.g., legal tech, fintech, tax tech).
  • Strong creative abilities and hands-on experience producing content across diverse formats and audiences.
  • A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute operationally.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and fluency in German or another European language are strong advantages.
  • A degree in business, marketing, communications, law, IT, or a related field 

Your responsibilities

  • Own customer education and develop content across all channels–from the Noxtua Academy and in-app communications to enablement formats and beyond–ensuring customers stay informed about new features and get maximum value from Noxtua.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches in close collaboration with Product, PR, and partners.
  • Drive content creation to facilitate brand awareness and sales enablement by writing blog posts, newsletters, video scripts, and other materials that clearly communicate product value.
  • Develop clearly differentiated product positioning and messaging based on market research and customer insights to establish Noxtuaas as the trusted leader in the legal tech space.
